Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, hallways, and public areas to the highest standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, answering phones, and responding to inquiries promptly.
- Assist with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a smooth arrival and departure for visitors.
- Stock amenities (soap, shampoo, towels) and restock vending machines and front desks.
- Address guest needs and resolve complaints with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
- Follow all safety and security protocols to ensure a secure environment for guests and staff.
- Collaborate with the front desk and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- No prior hospitality experience required; a strong desire to learn is all we ask.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Reliable transportation to the hotel location.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
