- Answer inquiries regarding hotel amenities, local attractions, and services promptly.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and adhere to all security and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure high standards of service.
- Assist in resolving guest complaints or requests to ensure total guest satisfaction.
- Perform light administrative tasks such as filing and data entry as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems is a plus but not required.
