Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to the highest industry standards.
- Make and change beds, ensuring linens are crisp and furniture is arranged perfectly.
- Restock amenities such as soap, shampoo, and towels to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Remove trash and recycling from rooms and hallways promptly.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked housekeeping cart.
- Ensure a welcoming and comfortable environment for every visitor.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
- Basic understanding of cleaning standards and safety protocols.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
- No prior housekeeping experience required; full training provided.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
