Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service across hotel departments including front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage
- Maintain pristine guest rooms and public areas following brand standards
- Process check-ins/checkouts efficiently using hotel management systems
- Support event setup and breakdown for conference/meeting spaces
- Adhere to all safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Georgia driver's license (if transporting supplies)
- Basic computer literacy and POS system familiarity
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
