Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms and common areas to exceed brand standards
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and report maintenance needs promptly
- Adhere to safety protocols and eco-friendly cleaning practices
- Coordinate with front desk for room readiness and special requests
- Maintain detailed inspection logs and quality control checklists
- Handle confidential guest information with discretion
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Valid North Carolina driver's license (for supply runs if needed)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Flexible availability (primarily 11 PM - 7 AM schedule)
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment operation
- Must pass background check and drug screening
