Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service during check-in/check-out processes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and common areas
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Assist with daily hotel operations including reservations and billing
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Adhere to safety protocols and hygiene standards
- Support event setup and special guest requests
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Basic computer proficiency for reservation systems
- Physical stamina for standing and lifting (up to 25 lbs)
- Valid Kansas driver's license if driving required
