Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during assigned shifts (front desk, housekeeping, or food service)
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow all safety protocols
- Handle guest inquiries efficiently with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations during peak hours
- Adhere to hotel brand standards and service excellence guidelines
- Report maintenance issues or guest concerns promptly to supervisors
- Process payments, reservations, or check-in/check-out procedures as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Availability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic computer literacy for reservation systems or payment processing
- Valid Texas Food Handler's or ServSafe certification (if assigned to food service)
- Reliable transportation to Fort Worth hotel locations
