Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service during check-in/check-out processes and throughout guest stays
- Perform housekeeping duties including room cleaning, linen changes, and public area maintenance
- Operate hotel systems for reservations, billing, and guest communications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless shift transitions
- Uphold strict hygiene and safety standards in all operational areas
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly with professionalism
- Assist with event setup and special guest requests as needed
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer literacy for reservation and billing systems
- Physical stamina to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
