Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service across all hotel departments
- Perform housekeeping duties including room cleaning and linen management
- Manage front desk operations including check-in/check-out processes
- Address guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Collaborate with team members during shift transitions
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in all areas
- Operate hotel systems (PMS, POS) efficiently
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Physical stamina for standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with technology
- Valid work authorization and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
