Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service at the front desk, check-ins/check-outs, and concierge services
- Maintain pristine guest rooms and public areas following hygiene standards
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and dining teams for seamless operations
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally
- Assist with event setup and guest activities as needed
- Uphold brand standards and safety protocols consistently
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer literacy and point-of-sale system familiarity
- Physical stamina for standing/walking during shifts
