Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently while maintaining a warm and professional demeanor.
- Answer incoming calls, manage emails, and respond to guest inquiries promptly.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and order of the lobby, common areas, and guest rooms.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions with accuracy.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Provide local recommendations and information to guests to enhance their stay.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the hospitality or customer service industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and night shifts.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with property management systems.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
