Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to all hotel guests
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B teams
- Maintain accurate guest records and reservation systems
- Upsell hotel services and amenities
- Ensure cleanliness and safety standards throughout the property
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years hotel or hospitality experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Proficient in hotel management software (Opera, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Valid California Food Handler's Card (if applicable to role)
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
