Responsibilities
- Greets guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Processes check-ins, check-outs, and room reservations efficiently using our property management system.
- Answers phone calls and directs inquiries to the appropriate department or staff member.
- Assists guests with luggage, directions, and special requests to ensure comfort during their stay.
- Maintains a clean, organized, and inviting front desk and lobby area at all times.
- Handles guest complaints or concerns with empathy and effective problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, front desk, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory for immediate hires.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
