Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning of guest rooms and common areas including dusting, vacuuming, sanitizing surfaces, and restocking amenities
- Operate commercial cleaning equipment and laundry machinery efficiently
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards promptly to management
- Adhere to strict sanitation protocols and brand standards for all cleaning procedures
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and submit reorder requests
- Provide courteous guest interactions during room service or special requests
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Valid work authorization and reliable weekend availability (Sat/Sun)
- Knowledge of green cleaning practices and EPA-approved disinfectants
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Basic English proficiency for team communication and guest interactions
