Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service through personalized interactions and proactive problem-solving
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently while maintaining accurate records
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B departments for seamless operations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of front desk and public areas
- Utilize hotel management systems for reservations, billing, and reporting
- Assist with special event coordination and guest amenities
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency with reservation systems and basic software
- Valid California driver's license (if required for position duties)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic first aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
