Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service across front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage departments
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures with accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain pristine guest rooms and public areas per brand standards
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly using problem-solving skills
- Operate POS systems and manage cash handling transactions
- Adhere to safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak hours and events
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with technology
- Physical stamina for standing/walking during extended shifts
- Valid Indiana driver's license (if required for position)
