Responsibilities
- Clean guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to the highest standards of hygiene and presentation.
- Maintain linens, towels, and amenities in stock and organized.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report them to management immediately.
- Ensure all safety protocols and cleaning chemicals are used properly.
- Provide friendly and professional service to guests during rounds.
- Follow all company policies and procedures regarding timekeeping and attendance.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Willingness to learn and follow detailed instructions.
- Basic English communication skills required.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
