Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during guest check-ins, check-outs, and throughout their stay
- Manage room assignments and ensure prompt resolution of guest requests
- Maintain pristine cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and common areas
- Handle billing inquiries and processing payments accurately
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to uphold property standards
- Assist with event setup and special guest arrangements
- Adhere to all safety protocols and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer literacy for reservation systems
- Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Valid Texas driver's license (if required for property errands)
