Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences across front desk, housekeeping, or food service departments
- Manage flexible shift schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Process reservations, check-ins/check-outs, and guest inquiries with precision
- Maintain cleanliness standards and operational protocols in assigned areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless guest satisfaction
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Adhere to all safety, hygiene, and brand compliance standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer proficiency and attention to detail
- Physical ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25+ lbs
