Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service across front desk, housekeeping, and food service areas
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently using hotel software
- Prepare and maintain clean, inviting guest rooms and common areas
- Assist with event setup and banquet service during peak shifts
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Follow safety protocols and maintain inventory control
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts (nights, weekends, holidays)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer literacy and POS system familiarity
- Valid Texas Food Handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Physical stamina for standing/walking during extended shifts
