Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional, and welcoming demeanor upon arrival.
- Assist guests with check-in procedures, room assignments, and provide information about local attractions.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, front desk, and public areas.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and efficiently to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Support housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure all facilities are pristine and ready for use.
- Perform light administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and answering phone calls.
- Adhere to all safety, security, and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred but not mandatory for entry-level roles.
- Previous experience in hospitality is a plus, but we actively welcome first-time applicants.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly attitude.
- Ability to work various shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Reliable transportation to and from work is required.
