Responsibilities
- Greet and check-in guests with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring a seamless arrival experience.
- Manage front desk operations, including answering phones, processing reservations, and handling inquiries efficiently.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, common areas, and office spaces to uphold our high standards.
- Resolve guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally to ensure total satisfaction.
- Assist in coordinating housekeeping requests and maintenance repairs as needed.
- Collaborate with the culinary and event teams to ensure events run smoothly and meet guest expectations.
- Monitor inventory levels of office supplies and amenities, and place orders when necessary.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in hotel, resort, or customer service environments preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse guests and staff.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and hotel property management systems (PMS) is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs when necessary.
- Certified Food Handler or Security Guard license is a plus.
