Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly and addressing inquiries with a smile.
- Assist with front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and managing reservations.
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or take detailed messages.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, reception area, and common spaces.
- Handle cash transactions and operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guests.
- Resolve guest complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Support special events and daily operational needs as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- No prior hospitality experience is required; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Reliable transportation is a must.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
