- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional welcome to all guests, ensuring a positive first impression and a seamless check-in experience.
- Check-In/Check-Out: Efficiently process guest registrations, payments, and departures using our property management system with accuracy and speed.
- Guest Assistance: Answer incoming calls and emails promptly, address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure 5-star guest satisfaction at all times.
- Concierge Services: Offer local recommendations, assist with restaurant reservations, and help with transportation arrangements.
- Front Desk Operations: Maintain the reception area to a high standard of cleanliness and organization at all times.
- Security & Compliance: Adhere to all hotel safety and security protocols, including key management and access control.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We value attitude and aptitude over experience. On-the-job training provided for all new hires.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
