Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring accuracy in all data entry.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with patience and empathy.
- Assist with concierge requests and local recommendations.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming lobby environment.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory (Entry Level).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency with property management systems (PMS) or willingness to learn.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- A friendly demeanor and a genuine desire to help others.
