Responsibilities
- Greet all guests warmly and professionally upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Check guests in and out efficiently, verifying identity and payment details with accuracy.
- Manage and update reservations using the Property Management System (PMS).
- Handle incoming phone calls and emails promptly, directing inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues calmly to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Upsell hotel amenities and services to maximize revenue per available room (RevPAR).
- Maintain a tidy, organized, and welcoming front desk area at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, front desk operations, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- A friendly, approachable demeanor and a passion for helping others.
