The Role
We are seeking reliable team members to join our front-of-house and housekeeping departments. If you are a hard worker with a positive attitude, we want to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas.
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide directions or assistance as needed.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly with a smile.
- Assist in the check-in and check-out processes accurately.
- Adhere to all safety, health, and security protocols.
- Work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Collaborate effectively with the front desk and housekeeping teams.
Qualifications
- No prior experience is required—we provide full training.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must possess a valid government-issued ID.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physically capable of standing for long periods and lifting moderate objects.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
