Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests across all hotel departments including front desk, housekeeping, and concierge
- Manage guest check-ins/check-outs efficiently using hotel management systems
- Address and resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and service delivery
- Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and brand standards
- Support daily operations during peak hours and special events
- Assist in training new staff members on service protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality or customer service role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with reservation systems
- Valid work authorization and ability to pass background check
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Positive attitude with problem-solving mindset
