Responsibilities
- Guest Services: Greet guests warmly, check them in/out efficiently, and provide accurate information regarding hotel amenities and local attractions.
- Housekeeping Maintenance: Ensure guest rooms and common areas are spotless, sanitized, and organized according to strict brand standards.
- Reception Operations: Answer phone calls, manage reservations, and resolve guest inquiries or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Front Desk Support: Assist in managing the front desk operations, including cash handling, data entry, and maintaining accurate records.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and culinary teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols, fire regulations, and health department guidelines at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or hotel operations is preferred but not required for entry-level roles.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse guests and colleagues.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation and the flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a friendly and welcoming attitude is a must.
