Your Role: As the first point of contact for our guests, you will set the tone for their entire stay. We are looking for someone reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to deliver world-class service 24/7.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, managing check-in and check-out processes efficiently using Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Answer incoming calls and emails promptly, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Handle cash transactions, credit card payments, and balance daily deposits with high accuracy.
- Maintain a pristine and organized front desk area and lobby space at all times.
- Address guest complaints and special requests immediately to ensure a 5-star experience.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining guest records.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; hospitality or customer service experience is a plus.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with hotel software is preferred.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate amounts of weight (up to 20 lbs).
