Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service and ensure a welcoming atmosphere in all public areas.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, hallways, and public areas to the highest standards.
- Assist with check-in and check-out processes using hotel management software.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and front desk teams to ensure seamless hotel operations.
- Perform light maintenance tasks and restock amenities as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous hospitality experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to and from the hotel.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.
