Responsibilities
- Guest Services: Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in/check-out procedures efficiently.
- Housekeeping Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, hallways, and public areas to the highest standards.
- Front Desk Operations: Handle incoming calls, manage reservations, and resolve guest inquiries with professionalism.
- Security & Safety: Monitor the premises to ensure the safety and security of all guests and staff members.
- Inventory Management: Assist in stocking amenities and supplies in guest rooms and public spaces.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in the hospitality or hotel industry is preferred but not required.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
