Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using hotel management software.
- Manage guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Perform regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to maintain cleanliness standards.
- Assist in maintaining inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure seamless hotel operations.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
