Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional welcome to all guests and assist with check-in/check-out processes efficiently.
- Guest Relations: Address guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Facility Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, public areas, and common spaces.
- Front Desk Operations: Answer phones, manage reservations, and process payments accurately.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to uphold high standards of service.
- Event Support: Assist with setting up and breaking down for hotel events and conferences as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or retail is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Reliable transportation and a positive attitude are essential.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and move around the property for extended periods.
