Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins/checkouts with precision and warm hospitality
- Handle reservation modifications and special requests using Opera PMS
- Respond to emergency situations and security protocols with calm professionalism
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial transaction records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams for seamless operations
- Act as primary point of contact for overnight guest inquiries and concerns
- Execute upselling strategies to enhance guest experience and revenue
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Opera PMS or similar property management systems
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Basic knowledge of Dallas attractions and transportation options
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
