Responsibilities
- Seamlessly manage guest check-ins/check-outs using Opera PMS
- Handle reservation modifications and special requests
- Resolve guest inquiries with empathy and efficiency
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams
- Maintain accurate billing and payment processing
- Execute emergency response protocols
- Upsell hotel amenities and services
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk experience
- Proficiency with property management systems
- Exceptional conflict resolution skills
- Valid Florida driver's license
- Availability to work weekends/holidays
- Basic knowledge of Tampa attractions
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent
