Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests with a warm, professional smile at the front desk and throughout the property.
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness and orderliness in guest rooms, hallways, and public areas.
- Handle reservation inquiries, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently using hotel management software.
- Resolve guest complaints and requests immediately to ensure a 5-star experience.
- Assist in special events, catering services, and daily housekeeping operations.
- Monitor inventory and report maintenance issues to the engineering department promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
