Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and concierge services.
- Ensure the highest standards of guest satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints promptly.
- Manage staff schedules, breaks, and shift coverage to maintain optimal operations.
- Monitor building security and enforce all hotel policies and procedures.
- Assist in training new hires on operational standards and customer service protocols.
- Handle cash handling and POS transactions with accuracy and accountability.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, front desk management, or customer service is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with hotel management software.
