Responsibilities
- Guest Services: Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide exceptional check-in/check-out services.
- Maintenance: Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas.
- Housekeeping: Perform deep cleaning tasks, change linens, and ensure all amenities are stocked.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage phone calls, emails, and general inquiries with professionalism.
- Security: Monitor the property for safety and report any maintenance or security issues immediately.
- Food & Beverage Support: Assist in serving guests in the hotel restaurant or bar when required.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Attention to detail and a high standard of personal grooming.
- Reliable transportation is a must.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights.
