Responsibilities
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in guest rooms, suites, and public areas.
- Provide exceptional, personalized customer service to all guests, ensuring a memorable stay.
- Assist with front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and answering inquiries.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure seamless daily operations.
- Handle guest complaints and requests promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Restock amenities and ensure all facilities are safe and well-maintained.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and brand standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in hotel, hospitality, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
- Proficiency in basic computer systems and point-of-sale software.
