Responsibilities
- Clean guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas (lobbies, corridors) to the highest company standards.
- Ensure rooms are fully stocked with amenities (soap, shampoo, towels, linens).
- Inspect rooms for damages, maintenance issues, or safety hazards and report them immediately.
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and health regulations strictly.
- Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally.
- Organize storage closets and linen rooms efficiently to maintain workflow.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is a plus but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must be able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
