Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience.
- Manage the front desk console, answering incoming calls and emails promptly.
- Handle cash transactions and credit card processing with accuracy.
- Monitor building security and fire safety protocols during night hours.
- Assist guests with inquiries regarding local attractions, dining, and transportation.
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain the lobby and common areas.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with property management software (PMS) is a plus.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
