Responsibilities
- Provide a warm and welcoming greeting to all guests, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently using our property management system.
- Answer incoming calls, take accurate reservations, and respond to guest inquiries via email or in-person.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk, lobby, and common areas.
- Assist in coordinating room service, housekeeping requests, and concierge services.
- Handle cash, credit card, and check transactions with strict adherence to security and auditing protocols.
- Resolve guest complaints or issues with patience and a problem-solving mindset.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in hotel operations, front desk, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and reservation software.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
