Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, managing check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Answer incoming calls and emails promptly, providing accurate information about hotel services and local attractions.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area, lobby, and public spaces.
- Process payments, reconcile cash drawers, and handle guest inquiries or complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Assist guests with restaurant reservations, transportation arrangements, and special requests.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are prepared to the highest standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior hospitality experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a professional, friendly demeanor.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with property management systems (PMS) are preferred.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate weights.
