Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 guest assistance including check-ins, check-outs, and concierge services
- Monitor hotel security systems and respond to emergency situations
- Perform nightly audit procedures and financial transactions
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments for operational needs
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Complete detailed shift reports and documentation
- Uphold brand standards through consistent service delivery
Qualifications
