Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently using hotel management software.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and public areas.
- Assist with room preparation and housekeeping duties as needed.
- Answer guest inquiries regarding local attractions, dining, and amenities.
- Handle complaints or requests promptly and professionally to ensure a 5-star experience.
- Restock amenities and ensure the front desk area is fully equipped.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Reliable transportation is preferred.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
