Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest service across front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage areas
- Handle check-in/check-out procedures and reservations efficiently
- Maintain immaculate room cleanliness and public area standards
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and problem-solving skills
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations
- Adhere to all safety and hygiene protocols
- Support special events and VIP guest requests
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Basic computer proficiency (reservation systems)
- Valid food handler's certification (preferred)
- Physical stamina for standing/walking throughout shifts
- Positive attitude and teamwork mindset
- Must pass background check and drug screening
