Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front-of-house operations, ensuring a seamless guest experience from check-in to check-out.
- Manage and motivate front desk staff, housekeeping teams, and maintenance personnel during your shift.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with a focus on problem-solving and luxury service standards.
- Monitor inventory levels, including toiletries and amenities, and place orders as necessary.
- Ensure all safety protocols, emergency procedures, and cleanliness standards are strictly followed.
- Process payments, verify bills, and manage cash drawers accurately at the end of the shift.
- Collaborate with the management team to implement strategies for increasing guest satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a hotel or hospitality management role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to direct a diverse team effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Certification in hospitality or previous supervisory experience is highly preferred.
