Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Oversee all daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance to ensure seamless performance.
- Guest Experience: Personally engage with guests to resolve complex issues and ensure an unforgettable luxury experience.
- Financial Management: Monitor P&L statements, control operating costs, and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, and mentor staff, fostering a positive and high-performance work environment.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the hotel adheres to all local, state, and federal regulations, as well as corporate policies.
- Marketing & PR: Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance the hotel's online reputation and attract high-value guests.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in hospitality management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS) such as Oracle Opera or Micros.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests and staff.
- Leadership: Strong decision-making skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
