Responsibilities

- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures using property management systems.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby, guest rooms, and public areas.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and culinary teams to coordinate room statuses.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions with accuracy.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in hospitality or customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
